Deliver complete, fundable STM32 SoC packages spanning the Cortex-M microcontroller families and the Cortex-A application processors. Each SoC wires its core(s), interrupt controller and peripherals through the dependency graph - mostly to the existing cross-vendor peripheral stories, plus the STM32-specific blocks.
