Pin muxing / alternate functions

Priority 2 - Microcontroller & SoC Peripherals / 2.1 Digital I/O & timing

As a device-driver developer, I want vemu to finish its Pin muxing / alternate functions model, so that I can depend on correct peripheral wiring for production firmware, not just the common path.

Why it matters

Correct peripheral wiring

Summary

Route signals to pins

Scope of work

Currently a register-only stub. Replace it with a working model of Pin muxing / alternate functions that actually exhibits the hardware behavior. What it is: Route signals to pins. Why it matters: Correct peripheral wiring.

Current state

Status: Stub only (registers, no behavior). Notes / evidence: Registers stored (STM32 AFR, RK IOMUX selectors readable); no signal routing enforced on any vendor.
