As a firmware debugger, I want vemu to finish its Per-arch register sets model, so that I can depend on all targets for production firmware, not just the common path.

Why it matters

All targets

Summary

armv7m/armv7a/x86/6502/65816/spc700 wired

Scope of work

Partially modeled. Complete the missing mechanics of Per-arch register sets. What it is: armv7m/armv7a/x86/6502/65816/spc700 wired. Why it matters: All targets.

Current state

Status: Partially implemented. Notes / evidence: Arm64 routes to the v7-A target (debug_session.rs), so X0-X30/64-bit regs are not served; SM83/RISC-V32/64 arch modules ARE wired/reachable.

Blocked by 1

Fund these first - this work can't be completed until they ship.
