As a security engineer, I want vemu's OTP/eFuse array to gate secure boot on provisioned keys, so that I can validate root-of-trust and lifecycle-fuse firmware, not just read and write fuses freely.

Why it matters

Provision & read device keys/lifecycle fuses

Summary

Programmable OTP/eFuse array with read/program controller

Scope of work

Partially modeled. Complete the missing mechanics of OTP/eFuse secure-boot keys. What it is: Programmable OTP/eFuse array with read/program controller. Why it matters: Provision & read device keys/lifecycle fuses.

Current state

Status: Partially implemented. Notes / evidence: Working OTP read/program controller (4 KiB fuse store, USER-read FSM, IRQ); fuses default all-zero and no secure-boot key/root-of-trust check consumes them.
